A complete passenger list management system, for tour boats and operators, built with WordPress.

This website is offered as a SaaS.

It allows adding passengers on daily lists. It then, automatically, issues vouchers, which can be send via email in pdf format, or to be printed.

It hosts check-in system, that generates unique qr codes for each ticket and allows passengers to check-in from their phone! After filling a form with their information, the passengers list is automatically updated on admin’s side.

Furthermore, it even allows partners to collaborate on filling the form. Partners (only other registered users), are defined by the boat owner by sending an automatic email with a confirmation link.

Finally, by using cron jobs, the server keeps a daily database backup and cleans the personal information of passengers of older entries (as dictated by regulations of the law).
